My #BrutallyHonestChallenge New Year's Resolution 2026

𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗚𝗣𝗧 𝗿𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻 🤖🔥 𝗜 𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 #𝗕𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗮𝗹.

Last year, I did the #BrutallyHonestChallenge.
It is basically asking the following question to your favourite LLM:

“𝘉𝘢𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘰𝘯 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘮𝘦, 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘮𝘺 𝘕𝘦𝘸 𝘠𝘦𝘢𝘳’𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘰𝘭𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘣𝘦? 𝘉𝘦 𝘣𝘳𝘶𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘩𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘵.”

This year I asked the same question again. And I was floored by how honest the answer was.

ChatGPT nailed it!

Let’s check out some of the highlights:

1. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗜 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 🚀
I generate ideas at the speed of a team… but ship like an individual.
2026 = fewer projects, deeper execution, real launches.

2. 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 🧠⚡
Not every idea deserves immediate attention. Not every tab needs to stay open.
Quarterly focus: Revenue • Strategic Skill • Creative Project.

3. 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 🔄
Creativity isn’t the issue — repeatability is.
This year I’ll systemise: content creation, ML lifecycle, product pipelines, learning, everything.

4. 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁 🔋
High output requires high recovery.
Sleep, training, and deep work blocks become non-negotiable.

5. 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿, 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗲r 🧩📈
I already have products, frameworks, models, and IP.
Now it’s about packaging, distribution, and monetisation — not endless building.

Damn! I mean, these things I knew them subconsciously, but it hits differently when ‘someone’ spells them out so eloquently 😅
